"I called here today to confirm that they accept my insurance for a cleaning & X-rays which took 20 minutes to not set a appointment after still being told there's a chance your not eligible for cleaning the day of the appointment even though my insurance is covered so I decided not setting a appointment after a 20 minute phone call with Holly & told her please remove my information but they still decided to text me a appointment reminder when I refused the appointment & text messaging period. Unreal people!!! \n\nMarch 31st. This office continues to harass me with emails, text messages about a appointment I never made when I specifically said remove me from ALL your spam lists. The worst ANY office I ever dealt with where they set an appointments you never made & harass you with bs reminders. If this office continues to harass me I will report them to every office & agency that needs to be notified!!!!"

"The office experience was great but I also figured out why it is extremely overpriced Dental services! I mean, I'm actually an appalled at how much more expensive they are than other dentists nearby! I would have to say Aspen Dental is a scam and a rip off!!!!! Even with having great insurance I could've purchased a nice new used car for less with them what they quoted me for my teeth. I also told them that there is nowhere in America, especially outside of America that would give someone a $33,000 total."

"I was so anxious before my appointment, but from the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel at ease. Arianna was truly made for her job she didn't just treat me as someone with dental problems while doing my x rays, she treated me like a human being. Her kindness left me in tears when I left the office. Dr Hanna, was equally amazing she explained everything with such ease and made me feel truly seen. The front staff were also so kind and welcoming (sorry I didn't get their names!). This was an experience unlike any I've ever had before. Thank you to the entire team!"
