Family members told KTIV-TV the pilot was leaving Oshkosh, Wisconsin after an aviation event on Thursday.

A pilot heading to EAA AirVenture was uninjured after a small plane crash in Marquette County. The pilot reported mechanical problems before the aircraft went down in a marshy area near the Fox River.
