A suspect was taken down by a band of citizens fed up with their mail getting stolen. The suspect tried to flee on a scooter, but he was pepper sprayed. Neighbors joined in, forming a citizen's brigade of crime fighters. Residents in the Studio City neighborhood of #LosAngeles say they have been tormented for many months by mail thefts. Surveillance cameras seem to have caught the suspect in the act. | Inside Edition

A former student who was romantically linked to a Pennsylvania teacher was named as the prime suspect in her shooting death. In 2016, cops say Rachael Deltondo was discovered inside a car in a parking lot with 17-year-old Sheldon Jeter Jr. Two years later, Deltondo was shot dead on her parent's driveway. | Inside Edition
